Applying

You can now apply online for CSP Student membership or print off an application form and send it back in the post.

Before applying, please first check whether you need to send a confidential disclosure with your application. If you have any queries please contact the CSP Enquiry Handling Unit either by email enquiries@csp.org.uk or phone 020 7306 6666.

  • Apply online: see our online application page.
  • Apply by post: if you want to pay in full for the duration of your programme, either attach a cheque, or complete the direct debit mandate part of the application form. If you want to pay in annual instalments, complete the direct debit mandate part of the form. Please note that cheques for payment by annual instalments cannot be accepted.

    If applying by post, please complete the direct debit mandate part of the form. Completed application forms should be returned to:

Any cheques should be made payable to "The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy".
