Union Energy Price Comparison
Union Energy has introduced a new energy price comparison service for CSP members.
The free, impartial service aims to find the most competitive gas and electricity prices in specified areas, in order to keep home energy bills as low as possible. The company also offers an Ongoing Monitoring Programme which provides updates when energy prices change.
You could save money
Union Energy’s price comparison service allows you to search for the most competitively-priced energy providers in your area. You cannot get a better price by going direct to the suppliers as often the suppliers won’t offer the deals that Union Energy have available.
Competitive long-term prices
Union Energy’s service doesn’t stop once you switch suppliers. You can also register for the Ongoing Monitoring Programme which allows you to set your own savings parameters. When energy prices change you will be re-contacted as soon as you can save whatever sum you state is important to you.
Independent advice
Union Energy is entirely independent, providing prices for every gas and electricity supplier in the UK. Most other price comparison services only show a selection of suppliers. Union Energy prices are continually updated with information provided by the energy suppliers themselves. All suppliers are regulated to ensure they meet required standards.
Help stop climate change
Switching to an electricity company that sells green energy is a great way to help stop climate change. The Union Energy calculator allows you to obtain prices from every green electricity supplier and see them ranked according to their CO2 displacement figures.
It’s easy to switch
No changes are required to your meters, cables or pipes. Only the actual billing changes, and you can arrange all of this in less than five minutes using Union Energy’s service.
A UK company to be proud of
Union Energy is owned by the TUC, with the price comparison service powered by Energylinx, the largest specialist home energy price comparison service in the UK, fully accredited by Consumer Focus, the gas and electricity consumer watchdog.
Your union will benefit too
If you decide to switch energy suppliers, Union Energy will receive a small commission from your chosen supplier which it shares with the CSP to help boost union funds. This has no affect on the price you pay - you pay the same whether you go to the supplier directly or use our service.
