Creating successful business cases
Improve your capability and skills in planning and costing services by coming to our next business case workshop.
After a series of successful workshops across England this year we are now planning another event in Scotland on 14 September 2010. More details will be posted on this page soon including location and venue details.
A 'hands on' approach will be adopted throughout, providing workable ideas and practical solutions to some of the issues currently facing many services. There will be some preparatory work to complete allowing discussion of ‘real life’ issues.
Zac Arif and Paul Johnson from The Access Partnership will lead the workshop and together have many years experience and expertise in this field. They will help provide an insight into writing short and concise business cases such as bidding for more resources and proposing changes in services as well as help delegates to understand key financial elements such as costing services, national tariffs and indicators.
