Our portfolio guide is a personal tool that has practical suggestions, ideas, questionnaires, proformas and examples to help with your continuing professional development (CPD).

The guide takes you through CPD in a staged process so that you are able to provide evidence of your CPD. You can use the evidence for a range of uses. The guide is not itself a portfolio, but a tool that contains information and resources which, when completed, can form part of the contents of your own portfolio.

The guide available in CD and printed format, is designed for individual use for confidentiality and licensing reasons. It is not intended as a shared departmental resource.
