1. support members in their working lives
2. support the development and use of evidence to establish physiotherapy as key to health and wellbeing
3. develop both physiotherapy's and the CSP's influence and profile
4. increase member engagement in the CSP
5. develop the organisation fit for the future
6. ensure sustained financial success
