Physio fortune - the CSP lottery

PhysioFortune is the CSP's monthly membership draw, which gives you the chance to win £500 for just a pound a go.

Your friends and family can play too, and you can enter up to 20 times a month. All you need to do is fill in the entry form and direct debit mandate (PDF document, file size 312kb) and return it to the address shown.

Details of the winners will be published in Frontline. All profits will be used to fund services and support for members.
